Descripción:

The official Eberspächer application is available free of charge, offering a convenient interface for controlling one or multiple Eberspächer pre-heaters via a smartphone. It allows users to access and manage pre-heater functions remotely from anywhere in the world. Additionally, it supports fleet management of up to ten vehicles through a single device.
The application enables users to start and stop the pre-heating process, monitor the current status of the pre-heater and interior temperature, and pre-program up to three scheduled events to enhance comfort. For instance, it can automatically activate the pre-heater the following morning, providing warmth after late returns from business trips.
Complementary features include a weather notification service that alerts users when the forecast predicts temperatures falling below a specified threshold. The app also offers access to Eberspächer news updates in a user-friendly format while on the move.
Installation of the EasyStart Call (GSM receiver) and an Eberspächer pre-heater are prerequisites for using this free application.
Regarding feedback message management: When feedback functionality is enabled under “Vehicle settings,” each command sent to the heater will generate a text message response. Users must copy these responses into the app by tapping the notification at the top of the screen, copying the message to the clipboard, and then returning to the main app interface—this process is necessary due to limitations within the iOS operating system.
The core features include:

Support for up to 10 pre-heaters categorized into two groups of five devices each

Control of Eberspächer water and air heaters

The ability to assign custom names and upload thumbnail images for each device

Manual operation with indications of active running times

Set target temperatures for air heaters

Activation of ventilation functions during summer months

Status inquiries to verify if a pre-heater is operational

Interior temperature readings when compatible sensors are connected

Options to enable or disable automatic feedback messages per command

Scheduling up to three timed events with activation and deactivation options

Weather service notifications when temperatures drop below user-defined thresholds

An Eberspächer news section for updates and information

Multilingual support, including German, English, French, Russian, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, and Chinese

Users should note that downloading and using the app signifies acceptance of our Terms of Use, available at http://www.eberspaecher.com/index.php?id=7492. The app functions as an auxiliary tool intended to streamline the operation of EasyStart Call systems. Since iOS updates can affect compatibility without prior notice, Eberspächer does not assume liability for potential issues arising from operating system changes.
The weather alert feature operates via external data providers; therefore, Eberspächer cannot guarantee data accuracy or reliability.
